Well done
Our architect passed us on to NBI after we submitted planning after our initial contractor let us down. We were little reserved initially as anyone would be as we wanted our extension for a number of years and didn’t have a lot of room for manoeuvre. When we met with them, it was a breathe of fresh air, we were given a programme and really felt part of the job before and during. Courtney & Chris the Site Managers were very thorough and we received daily reports from them. All of the chaps were in uniform and well mannered and it seemed that they were doing jobs for half the street toward the end and rightly so. Cheers Chaps.

Great Organisation
We had multiple quotations through off various companies, but decided to go with New Build Ideas as they made certain aspects easier to understand and were very helpful. I am delighted we did it all seemed so complex but I was told it would be a stress free experience and it was. The finish is amazing and I can't thank you enough as you really did do a smashing job!

New Build Ideas completed a Basement Conversion for us last year they were nothing but delightful as they helped us with every stage of the project. They were very professional and made us at ease throughout assisting us with all the building regulations and organising the inspector to visit. Their paperwork was very professional and detailed, informing us of everything that was going on. They even created an entrance to the basement so me and my husband could still work from home. Thank you once again guys! C
